Understanding your benefits should be the easy part.
Northside Family Dentistry is proud to work with most major PPO dental insurance plans. As a PPO provider, we work directly with your insurance carrier to help maximize your benefits and reduce your out-of-pocket costs. Our team is happy to verify your coverage before your appointment so there are no surprises on the day of your visit. We encourage new patients to bring their insurance card so we can review your benefits together and answer any questions you have about your plan.
We currently accept the following major PPO insurance plans:
We do not currently accept HMO dental plans or Delta Dental PPO. If you do not see your plan listed, please reach out to our office and we will do our best to help you understand your options, including our in-house membership plan.
We believe that cost should never be a barrier to quality dental care, which is why we offer several ways to make your treatment fit your budget. Whether you have insurance or not, there is a path forward to getting the preventive and restorative care you need.
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. HSA and FSA accounts are also accepted, making it easy to put your pre-tax health dollars to work on your dental care. For patients who need additional flexibility, we offer in-house payment plans that spread treatment costs over time without the complexity of third-party financing. We also offer 0% financing options, so you can move forward with your care without delay.
For patients without dental insurance, our in-house membership plan is a practical alternative that provides access to preventive services and meaningful discounts on additional treatments. Northside Family Dentistry is also committed to serving veterans and first responders, and special discount programs are available for those who have served our communities. Our team is happy to walk you through all of your options when you call or visit our Joplin, Missouri office.
Patients often come to us with questions about how their insurance works at our practice and what to do if they do not have coverage. We have answered the most common ones below. If you do not see your question here, our team is always glad to help.
Even if your specific plan is not listed, we encourage you to contact our office before assuming we cannot help you. Insurance networks can be broad, and we may still be able to work with your plan as an out-of-network provider. Our team will review your benefits with you and help you understand any potential costs before your appointment.
Not at all. Our in-house dental savings plan is designed specifically for patients without dental insurance and offers included preventive services plus a 15% discount on additional procedures completed at our practice. We also accept cash, credit cards, HSA and FSA funds, and offer in-house payment plans to help make care accessible regardless of your coverage situation.
